Waltham Forest Register Office Wedding – Stephen & Christine

Stephen and Christine contacted me to photograph their intimate wedding at The Forest Suite (Waltham Forest Register Office) in Walthamstow a few weeks before their big day.

We had our pre-wedding consultation by phone, which is a good option for couples living far from me or if they have a busy calendar. For these couples, I also recommend a chat via Skype to get a chance for us to see each other before their wedding day.

It was my first time shooting at Waltham Forest Register Office. The register office has been refurbished and is housed in the former vicarage of St Stephens Church, a beautiful Victorian building with a landscaped garden at the back of the Forest Suite.

The wedding day was a sunny Sunday, and their family and friends had come from the UK and abroad to celebrate the Stephen and Christine’s love. It was a delicate, beautiful and sensitive wedding ceremony.

After the ceremony we headed into the garden to get some shots with the newlyweds, their guests and have some drinks.

I love big weddings but there’s something about having just your closest friends and family at your wedding day and that’s how Stephen and Christine celebrated their wedding… Well done! 🙂
