The Bentley Hotel Wedding – St Mary’s Hampstead church

Doriane and Emmanuel had their wedding at The Bentley Hotel, St. Mary’s Church, Hampstead, and then some photos at Hampstead Heath.

I arrived a bit earlier at The Bentley Hotel to get some shots of Doriane getting ready. After some photos at the hotel, we went to St Mary’s Church, in Hampstead.

The couple had a beautiful wedding ceremony at St Mary’s Church, Hampstead, with lots of music and special moments.

And it was the first time I had ever photographed an entire wedding ceremony in French.

Hampstead Heath wedding photos

After the ceremony and bouquet toss, I went with the newlyweds to Hampstead Heath for some wedding photos.

It had rained shortly before the wedding and the grass was quite wet. So we decided not to walk too much through the heath. I like working this way because we can have so many different photos in just one location, just changing lenses, photo techniques or angles. And bride and groom do not get tired walking long distances.

Back to The Bentley Hotel for the wedding reception – everything was impeccable.

We also got the formal with their guests at the hotel. It was quite dark, but I always carry some studio lights for these situations and voilà – amazing pictures!

After the formals, there were the speeches and plenty of attractions such as videos and games. Followed by the cake cutting, first dance and finally the wedding party! A very dynamic wedding!
